Introducing…

The new hit that’s all the rage on basic cable, “Tiny People in Big Chairs”, starring Ike.


We went to the pediatrician today for Ike’s 2-week check-up, and he’s doing quite well. He’s gained a lot of weight, up to 5 lbs, 15 oz. One more ounce and he can use all the chairs, toys, and other baby stuff we’ve gotten that say “Not for children under 6 lbs.” Things are going so well with Ike, the doctor said we can make our next appointment for when he hits the two-month mark. But she also said if we get antsy and feel that’s too long, we can make the appointment for only one month (two weeks from now).

We like our pediatrician a lot. The offices are only 8 or so blocks away from our home, so we can walk there, and Isaac’s doctor actually shares a birthday with Ike. That’s got to be a good thing.
